Both facing the "unknown territory" of monthly bills, loans, and savings we met with a financial counselor to help us discuss fair and reasonable spending. We both quickly realized that saving a buck wherever possible would help keep us young, twenty-somethings afloat. That meant scoring a deal, coupon, and carefully researching any big purchase to ensure we were getting the best quality and deal.
I also realized the high cost of furnishing and decorating a home. So began the blog filled with design, recipes, crafts, savings, decor, before/afters and anything else that strikes our fancy. As we venture through many projects we invite you along.
